1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from MitoJenix Research Co. ("MitoJenix", "we", "us"), operated by MJ RESEARCH CO, [[MAILING ADDRESS]]. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Disclaimer, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website or place an order. By entering the site you affirm that you meet this requirement. We may refuse service to anyone who does not.

3. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, supplements, food or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or for any medical purpose. Full terms are set out in our Research Use Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. No contract exists until we accept your order and payment has been received and verified. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information was published in error, or where we believe a product may be intended for human consumption or unlawful use.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by the manual methods shown at checkout. Orders placed using a manual payment method are recorded as unpaid until payment is received and verified by us; unpaid orders are not processed, reserved indefinitely, or shipped. Payment instructions are sent to the email address supplied at checkout and must be completed with the order number referenced so that payment can be matched to the order.

We reserve the right to cancel and release the stock of any order that remains unpaid after 72 hours.

6. Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns

Because of the nature of research materials and the requirement to maintain chain of custody, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Limited remedies for damaged, lost, or incorrectly shipped orders are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not purchase from this site in order to resell, repackage, or redistribute products for human consumption; to circumvent any law or regulation; or on behalf of a person who does not meet our eligibility requirements. You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content or to interfere with its operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to MitoJenix Research Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for any application other than controlled laboratory research.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of a product or from use inconsistent with our Research Use Disclaimer.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MitoJenix Research Co. and its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of any product.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
